GAME OF THRONES is just a short amount of weeks away from beginning once again as it rounds up the series with six final episodes, but could Cersei Lannister be the first to go?
Game of Thrones viewers are counting down the days until the return of the HBO fantasy epic.
But while many fans have been theorising what could happen in the final six episodes, the only thing for sure is no one is safe in the last series.
Coral Bookmakers have now released their odds on who would be killed off first in the upcoming season.
They have revealed Cersei Lannister (played by Lena Headey) has the shortest odds on surviving with 1-33.
Cersei certainly has a number of enemies at the moment, including Daenerys Targaryen (Emilia Clarke) and Jon Snow (Kit Harington).
And their rivalry with Cersei is made even worse as they are in close company with Tyrion Lannister (Peter Dinklage).
Alongside Cersei’s short odds is Euron Greyjoy (Pilou Asbæk), who also has 1-33 to die first.
Euron has also made a number of enemies during his brief stint in the show – including his own family.
Could viewers see him killed off shortly before or after Cersei?
Meanwhile many other characters have also not been given terrific odds of survival – including Jaime Lannister (Nikolaj Coster-Waldau) with 1-10, alongside Lord Varys (Conleth Hill).
Jorah Mormont (Iain Glen) sits with a miserable 1-6 chance of survival, while the magical warrior Beric Dondarrion (Richard Dormer) holds 1-5 on dying next.
Coral’s Harry Aitkenhead said: “We’ve ten characters that we make clearly odds on to perish during the eight and final series of Game of Thrones.
“Euron and Cersei are on overwhelmingly short odds and their deaths seem inevitable, whilst the likes of Jorah Mormont and Beric Dondarrion are longer odds but still firmly odds on to be killed.”
However there are a whole-host of characters who are incredible likely to lose their battle in the next six episodes.
Included in the top ten are Melisandre (Carice van Houten) at 1-4, The Hound (Rory McCann) with 1-3, and Daenerys and Grey Worm (Jacob Anderson) who both have 1-2 odds on dying soon.
Jon Snow has an incredible 7-4 to die, leaving him the most likely to survive the series – despite dying once already.
Harry continued: “Fans are certainly backing a few more surprising deaths, and many have placed bets on Jon Snow to be killed despite the fact that our odds suggest he is more likely to survive.”
Earlier this week Daenerys actor Emilia admitted she “cried like a baby” after filming her final scenes.
Speaking to the Daily Mail about the show and new film Last Christmas, she said: “It’s over and I cried like a baby on the last day.
“I felt completely lost. It was very strange and wonderful to get this [Last Christmas]. This part couldn’t be more opposite, because dragons ain’t funny.”
